本報訊 (記者 張魁勇 攝影 王熙維) 昨日,迷你倉省委常委、市委書記黃新初前往邛崍南寶鄉木梯村,調研南寶山因災失地羌族群�異地安置情況。他強調,要結合黨的群�路線教育實踐活動,堅持“三視三問”群�工作法,根據當地基本情況和發展實際,科學編制規劃,充分挖掘資源,突出羌族文化,打造特色旅遊,帶動當地群�早日實現增收致富夢想。驅車兩個多小時,黃新初一行來到南寶鄉木梯村,這裡是原汶川縣因災失地群�遷移到我市形成的羌族聚居村。全村面積0.65平方公里,在產業發展方面,按人均0.5畝菜地、2畝茶園標準,完成了土地分配;組建了重點發展包菜、蘿蔔等反季節蔬菜的“南寶山高山蔬菜專業合作社”;新建了部分農家樂,發展鄉村旅遊。2012年,木梯村人均純收入為6430元。在村里走了一圈下來,黃新初詳細瞭解了村民生產生活情況,“大家和以前生活相比,還有什麼困難,還有什麼希望,我們今天是專門來聽取大家意見,解決實際問題的。”“書記,您在阿壩州工作時是我們的書記,現在我們在成都生活,您又成為我們的書記,看來我們很有緣分哦!”一位村民略帶“俏皮”的話,讓現場氛圍十分歡快。村民們敞開心扉,你一言、我一語地和市委書記展開了親切交流。“我們村的人均收入,比全市平均水平低了5000多元。”“上山道路不方便,遊客比較少。”“農業發展不起來,產業單一,增收比較‘惱火’。”“羌繡價錢賣得不高。”“山上有時比較缺水。”……村民一口氣提出了多個急需解決的問題。黃新初聽得十分仔細,待村民提完意見後,他說:“大家提的意見都很重要,我們一定儘快研究、儘快解決,我再幫大家提個意見,木梯村雖為羌寨,但羌族文化特儲存倉並不明顯,如何突出羌文化,打造特色旅遊村,值得我們大家一起來認真思考和謀劃。”黃新初說,南寶山因災失地羌族群�異地安置點,是省委、省政府為貫徹落實黨中央、國務院災後重建精神,確定的全省唯一汶川地震後因災失地農民跨市(州)異地安置點。成都作為全省“首位城市”,不僅要讓你們“搬得來、住得下”,還要“能致富、生活好”,充分體現成都發展水平,盡好省會城市責任。結合群�在發言中提及的問題,黃新初和大家一起議定了當前急需抓好的幾個事項:路、水、生態、風貌、農業等。同時,他要求有關部門結合黨的群�路線教育實踐活動,多到一線、多下基層,儘快摸清當地基本情況和發展實際,科學編制發展規劃,充分挖掘資源稟賦,突出羌族文化特色,帶動當地群�早日實現增收致富夢想。一是規劃先行。要根據地理情況、產業現狀、文化特色等,儘快統籌做好基礎設施、農業發展、鄉村旅遊等相關規劃,高起點謀劃科學發展。二是加快完善道路等基礎設施,儘快打通旅遊環線,加設公路護欄,確保旅遊道路暢通、安全。三是完善水系,為群�生活、農業生產、生態用水提供基本保障,進一步調整農產品結構,保護好山水林盤等生態本底。四是充分利用當地海拔高、夏季氣溫低的自然條件和極具特色的羌族文化,堅持“四態合一”理念,進一步塑造建築風貌,發展以羌文化為主題的特色旅遊,將這裡打造為一個集展示與保護、生活體驗、旅遊綜合服務為一體的羌文化基地。五是做好群�的宣傳動員工作,充分調動大家的積極性和創造性,不等不靠,推動旅遊提檔升級,逐步向以“羌文化”為主的特色旅遊村目標邁進。市委常委、秘書長黃建發,市委常委、組織部部長趙苗,副市長謝瑞武參加調研。迷你倉沙田

中國大陸最大的移動電信營運商中國移動,自存倉正計畫將4G高速網路33%的訂單,保留給歐洲的設備商,希望有助於華為、中興通訊順利進入歐洲市場,並免除不利的貿易調查。據華爾街日報報導,消息人士表示,易利信、阿卡特爾朗訊、諾基亞西門子這3家歐洲電信設備供應商將各獲得中移動4G高速網路設備的11%訂單,大陸華為、中興各得26%,其他較小型的大陸供應商則瓜分剩餘的15%。此事尚須通過大陸監管機關的批准。中移動的4G高速網路建設是近年來全球最大的電信設備訂單,中移動副總裁劉愛力日前在年中業績發布會上就預估全年的資本支出將達到1,902億元人民幣;其中大部分將用於建設TD-LTE規格的4G網路。這對於全球任何一家電信設備供應商來說,都是難以忽視的機會。華爾街日報指出,歐盟官員近年來密切關注中移動的決策,因為歐盟很可能在今年下半年對於華為與中興通訊啟動反補貼調查,如果調查正式啟動,將導致華為與中迷你倉新蒲崗面臨巨額的懲罰性關稅,這對於高度依賴海外市場的華為來說尤為不利。事實上,歐盟在去年12月時就曾傳出要對華為與中興啟動反補貼調查,但歐洲3大電信設備供應商卻沒有支持這樣的行動,易利信甚至公開反對歐盟的貿易調查。報導稱,因為這3大業者希望從大陸的電信業者手中獲得大量訂單,並擔憂歐盟一旦啟動調查,很可能引發中方報復,反而使這些天價訂單落入華為與中興手中。畢竟大陸除了中國移動之外,還有中國聯通與中國電信兩大業者也正在積極進行4G網路建設。該報導認為,如果中移動真的將33%的訂單給與歐洲供應商,歐盟方面極有可能取消對於華為與中興的調查,畢竟中歐雙方不久前才在太陽能產品關稅上達成協議,雙方均不願意再度捲入貿易爭端。歐盟與大陸不久前就大陸太陽能產品的雙反調查事項達成共識,並簽訂價格承諾協議,讓大陸太陽能企業承擔較低的額外成本,免除了平均46.7%的高額關稅,勉強維持在歐洲市場的價格競爭力。迷你倉出租

  土耳其地中海沿岸的安塔利亞,迷你倉是個瀑布的省份,飛機降落首府安塔利亞市前,可透過窗口看到瀑布奔瀉於海岸懸崖……眾瀑布中,古申蘆(Kursunlu)瀑布擁有如中國黃龍的石灰岩地貌與粉藍溪水,寧靜怡人。蒼松林下 粉藍水色  除了陽光海灘、希臘羅馬古城,安塔利亞省的瀑布群是遊客尋幽探勝的好去處,這些瀑布都位處發源於鄰省卡拉曼、海拔 3,756 米的托羅斯山(Taurus Mountains)的河流中。當這些河流奔流到安塔利亞省的石灰岩高原時,流水結合二氧化碳會釋放碳酸,年復年的溶化岩層、切割河谷,甚至鑽穿地表,形成各式各樣的石灰岩河流 地貌。  古申蘆瀑布是扼蘇河(Aksu)其中一處景色優美的瀑布,藏匿於一片蒼松林下的峽谷內,瀑布延綿約 50 米,離地約 10 米,植被�鬱,內有一個偌大的水簾洞,遊人都愛走進去,享受灑下來的清涼瀑水。其含鈣的流水,折射陽光更形成粉藍水色,加上鈣華沉積形成的小水池,樣樣都使我想起四川省的黃龍景區;這瀑布在夏日乾燥炎熱的土耳其,實在是一道沁人心脾的清泉。流水野馬 切割地層  從下榻的 Club Med Belek 乘的士前往古申蘆瀑布,距離約 70 公里,沿安塔利亞 ─ 賽里亞 ─ 阿蘭利亞(Antalya-Serik-Alanya)公路行駛,車程約 1 個多小時,但車費不菲,來回車資已逾千港元!瀑布屬於古申蘆國家公園(Kursunlu Selalesi Tabiat Parki)的亮點,公園大門在公路支路盡頭。入園後,我們先徜徉在一片松林內,這�生長的地中海松枝幹粗壯,樹蔭廣闊,把樹林點綴成一個充滿葉影的世界。  步往樹林邊緣的懸崖,有不少當地人經營的餐廳及小攤檔,其中一檔手工即製玻璃飾物,工藝現場呈現眼前,甚得遊人歡迎。沿�懸崖邊的梯級緩降到峽谷中的瀑布,可了解瀑布是如何形成的。懸崖由礫岩構成,那是泥土夾雜卵石形成的鬆散岩層,本來奔流於高原的扼蘇河碰到易對付的石灰岩與礫岩,難怪可以開鑿這些峽谷及瀑布了。梯級的盡頭是一泓藍調的水潭,遊人都聚集在此欣賞優美風光。鞍形瀑布 生意盎然  古申蘆瀑布就如一幅半圓形的銀幕,垂掛在長滿綠色植物的台地之下,水幕直撞水潭,水花漫漫,據說靠近水源、遠離城市又多植被的地方最富含負離子,內地人所說的「氧吧」就是指這種地方了。慶幸的是,在初夏的土耳其,遊客也不會一窩蜂湧到這種旅遊區。這個國家公園�,遊人亦只是三三五五,稀稀疏疏的,只是偶然有一群來參加學校旅行的小學生,充滿活潑的喧嘩儲存倉對我們這些來自香港的訪客尤其好奇,紛紛來跟我們合照。  呼吸�清新的空氣、傾聽�如天籟般的瀑布聲,心情愉快極了。  我說古申蘆瀑布像中國的黃龍,其實有點不盡然,因為位處高原的石灰岩河溪都甚難養活游魚與水藻;但在古申蘆的潭子�有成群的鱒魚,生性悠閒沒機心,還有公園放養的鴨子到處游動,使瀑布充滿生氣。不少人都喜歡走進瀑布後的水簾洞,從洞內傾聽瀑布的轟鳴聲,凝望從高處瀉下的瀑水,從植物滴下的水滴,透視洞外的藍天,這景象美極了,又不用排隊等候,是土耳其最隱蔽的自然美景。  我沿潭邊的步道前行,前方的水池長滿了長長的水草,映襯如水晶的溪水,是一道令我印象甚深的美妙水景。鈣華溪流 童話意境  溪流旁的步道引領遊人到瀑布的下游,這�的遊人就更少了,溪流潺潺流過樹影間的溪谷,粉藍的流水在山間有如藍色的絲帶縈繞,由溪水帶來的碳酸鈣,沉澱成鈣華,圍起了道道半圓形的黃色堤圍,有的在池底沉澱成土脊,看似黃色的潛龍;水流奔馳於石灰山坡上,有如粒粒珍珠,坡上的小樹任由水流沖激,卻自強不息。小小的溪谷,名氣不大,竟有如斯怡人的景致,土耳其人真幸福!---------------------------------旅遊 Info 簽證:特區護照入境土耳其毋須簽證,BNO 則須落地簽證,收費 US$20。查詢:2572 1331 土耳其領事館。 機票:土耳其航空由香港經伊斯坦堡往安塔利亞經濟客位,HK$8,437 起,燃油附加費及稅約 HK$2,491。查詢:2861 3111 / .turkishairlines.com。 �率:1 土耳其里拉(TRY)約兌 4 港元,1 歐元約兌 10.38 港元;到土耳其前,先預備歐元、英鎊或美元兌換土耳其里拉。 天氣:安塔利亞 8 月氣溫約攝氏 23 - 36 度 交通:從安塔利亞市有小巴或巴士直達古申蘆國家公園;如從貝萊克(Belek)前往,選擇則只有的士,來回約 HK$1,038;或可參加當地旅行團。 住宿:Club Med Belek 位於土耳其西南部安塔利亞省的地中海岸,7 天 6 夜「一價全包」套票,每位 2,593 歐元 / HK$26,870,包括 6 晚標準房住宿、機場至度假村接送、村內每日 3 餐、大部分飲品及活動費用等。Club Room 成人每晚 HK$2,081,小童 HK$832;兩睡房度假別墅每晚 HK$17,400。查詢:3111 9388/ .clubmed.com.hk。 遊網:.antalya.com 安塔利亞旅遊網迷你倉沙田

While the work was challenging, creative and fun, he wanted to learn more about business.Starost then enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Phoenix. He was drawn to the diverse and creative work that marketing requires."The cool thing about marketing is that it transcends industries," he said. "Therefore my career pursuits have never been industry specific. Marketing requires traits, skills, techniques and knowledge which can be molded to fit any business model."He is now the assistant vice president of marketing for HCC Medical Insurance Services. Since joining the company in August, Starost has immersed himself in learning the intricacies of the insurance world."I have gained a greater appreciation for the benefits having quality insurance can provide," he said. "It also is amazing how knowledge from one industry can play a role in efforts for another when looking at the large picture."How did you manage to stand out in a crowd and advance quickly in your career?I worked hard to develop a well-rounded skill set. I would take advantage of any learning opportunities I could get, such as conferences, webinars, paid training, business meetings, following blogs, news articles, participating in forums. It is marketing through the lens of fitness. Diet pills, fads, gimmicks and technology all promise the next big solution to your fitness woes, but in the end it comes down to tried and true "diet and exercise." In other words, quality and long lasting results take hard work, time and commitment. If you follow the "diet and exercise" mentality, you are guaranteed results and a plethora of other benefits you didn't necessarily set out to achieve but gained as a result along the way.What新蒲崗迷你倉was your first job experience? How did it impact your future? What is something you learned in the first job that you can apply to what you are doing now?I started working young. I was a dishwasher for The Brau Haus, a small restaurant in Oldenburg. I started when I was 14, and it was an extremely demanding job. We hand-washed and dried all the dishes, had to help bus tables and clean up at the end of the night. Some nights we would be there until close to midnight. I was happy to earn a paycheck, be able to buy my own things and learn the value of building a good work ethic. It's that work ethic that has helped me grow to where I am today.What's the toughest mistake you ever made, and what did you learn from it?Life is a series of mistakes followed by learning and growth. To pinpoint the toughest mistake is hard. I have made my fair share of them. But for each I have tried to learn, grow and make changes so I wouldn't repeat the same mistakes. If I could pinpoint a mistake that I would go back and change it would be a better work-life balance. I placed my career above everything else, and that attitude can take a toll on your family and it's not fair. I have found that a happy work-life balance makes you a better person all around. That carries over into everything you do.How important is it to have a mentor? Did anyone in particular help you advance in your career?Mentors are all around in every aspect of your life. You just need to recognize it and learn from their knowledge and experience. Of course, for me, it started with my parents. My mom has a work ethic that I could only hope to achieve one day. My dad could do just about anything with his hands. Both of my parents taught me hard work and self-accountability. It really stemmed from there. I have had a series of family, friends, former employers and others who have all helped me grow. I have been blessed to have these people in my life and owe them considerably for my success.What advice would you give to other young people trying to get started in marketing?Soak in as much knowledge as possible. Learn from those who have experience. Immerse yourself in the industry. Get involved in as much as possible. Titles and money are not the most important things; that will come. Build your foundation, take advantage of opportunities that are available and create opportunities that are not. Most importantly, be happy. Appreciate life in and out of work. (新加坡24日訊)讓新加坡總理在群眾大會上哽咽的失明女博士楊詩翎,迷你倉每天清晨自己搭巴士地鐵上班,是第一個踏入辦公室的人,還能用iPhone自行發短訊。搭巴士地鐵難不倒李顯龍總理日前在國慶群眾大會上,提到4歲就失明,但艱辛奮鬥變女博士,還當義工的楊詩翎博士(35歲)時,語帶哽咽,流露感性一面。這名女博士雖然雙目失明,但在日常生活中卻非常獨立,照樣有辦法在繁忙時段“擠”巴士和地鐵上班。每天早上,她的母親會陪她從碧山的住家步行5分鐘,走到巴士車站等車,之後她就獨自乘搭巴士和地鐵,到位於緯壹的啟匯園上班。因為她拄手杖走路,一路上常會有好心的陌生人上前幫忙,地鐵站的職員也會伸出援手,協助她到達目的地。楊詩翎受訪時告訴《新報》︰“我可以自己走,但會花較長的時間。”能用iPhone收發短訊她在早上8時10分就會抵達位於19樓的辦公室,一般上是最早上班的職員。在辦公室裡,她使用一種特別的電腦軟件,能把電腦熒幕上的文字讀出聲音。她也有一台盲人打字機,讓她用來打字抄錄資料。過去,她是靠電話與人溝通,但現在能使用iPho儲存倉e來收發短訊。她的手機能把短訊讀出來給她聽。對鄭惠玉范文芳很熟悉楊詩翎的成績並非一直頂呱呱,小六離校考試的積分只有222分。楊詩翎在新加坡國立大學修讀學士與碩士學位。2001年,她考獲理學系全系的第一名。不過,她表示自己的成績並非從小就那麼好,小六會考時她只考獲222分。她透露,主要是被科學拉低分數,因為她無法辨認植物和動物的樣子。雖然看不見,但楊詩翎對鄭惠玉和范文芳都很熟悉,靠別人的形容來想像她們的樣子。楊詩翎表示,她從小就經常與家人一起“觀看”八頻道的華語連續劇。她也直言,對鄭惠玉和范文芳都很熟悉。“我才不在意他們是漂亮還是英俊,雖然我的一些失明的朋友很注意。我們會聽別人形容,然後自己想像他們的樣子。”最想看到家人容顏若恢復視力,楊詩翎最想看到的是自己的家人,因為她對他們已沒有印象。記者問楊詩翎,如果恢復視力,她最想看到甚麼?她馬上回答說,她最想看到的是她的家人。她有一個哥哥和一個妹妹,父母是退休人士。她說︰“我不想看美麗的地方,我寧可看到我的家人。”楊詩翎透露,她對家人的容貌已經沒有印象了。;迷你倉沙田

  餘額寶的成功如同有魔力的小精靈喚醒了基金觸網的所有神經。  近期各家基金公司均使出渾身解數嘗試參與互聯網金融的一切可能性。華夏基金公司率先推出“微理財”;易方達則聯手廣發銀行推出“信用理財”新工具“智能金賬戶”;騰訊旗下的第三方在線支付平台財付通也攜手四家基金公司即將推出與餘額寶類似的產品。與此同時,自存倉易信的問世,又讓基金公司嗅到了新的商機。  某基金公司的口號或許更直白地說明瞭一切:消滅銀行活期存款。全方位觸網  如果說此前基金創新的本意是為了刺激基金銷售的話,那麼首個互聯網基金產品餘額寶的大獲成功,基金銷售的天花板才真正被打開。自此,如何開發互聯網金融,搶佔市場先機成為基金公司眼下的首要任務。  面對這一輪互聯網金融的衝擊,易方達基金相關負責人坦承,互聯網金融倒逼基金行業進行創新,“壓力不小,機會更大”。  據悉,這項工作多由基金公司董事長、總經理親自掛帥,同時,涉及的部門橫跨電子商務、IT、風險控制、市場營銷,以及投資等。  “一把手統籌可以確保各部門協同,保證業務以最快速度推進。”某基金公司內部人士告訴《中國經營報》記者。餘額寶兩個月200億元的吸金能力著實不敢讓基金公司小覷。  而在這場互聯網金融大戰中,最搶眼的莫過於誰能與阿里、騰訊率先合作。  據瞭解,與阿里聯手推出餘額寶而名噪一時的天弘基金,正在繼續深化雙方的進一步合作。  此外,目前至少有20家公司與支付寶達成了合作意向,而第二批接入餘額寶的產品談判也基本完成。不久之後,支付寶用戶在將資金轉入餘額寶後就可能發現,他可以選擇申購多只產品,而非天弘一家。  與此同時,基金公司的淘寶網店也開業在即。“據說是9月中旬上線,目前正在最後調試之中。”某基金公司電子商務負責人表示。  眼見阿里先聲奪人,騰訊亦不甘示弱。  繼華夏基金之後,又有多家基金公司相繼通過微信銷售理財產品,並且,在華夏“微理財”的基礎上推陳出新。  比如,易方達在微信上推出了“易方達微理財”服務號並上線菜單式“微理財”功能,投資者可在手機上通過微信操作易方達旗下全部基金的申購贖回、賬戶查詢、貨幣基金T+0贖回等指令,整個交易過程流暢便捷。  此外,南方基金微信服務號也新增語音聊天服務功能,投資者只要使用對講功能說出“我要理財”“貨幣基金”“實時贖回”等,即可獲得該微信的相應理財服務,投資者也可通過該微信號查詢南方基金旗下基金的淨值等信息。  這還只是試水。借助微信5.0新增的微信支付,開拓與基金公司的合作之後,騰訊旗下財付通的動作更聚焦業界的眼球。阿里、騰訊之爭VS銀行逆襲  據悉,騰訊旗下金融平台財付通首批將牽手四家基金公司,這四家基金公司分別是華夏、易方達、廣發和海富通。  如果按交易額來算,財付通排名第二,市場份額為20%,僅次于阿里巴巴公司的支付寶。而且,財付通與拍拍網、易迅網、騰訊QQ都有著很好的融合。  與支付寶龐大的客戶資源類似,雖然財付通在起步上晚了一些,但微信4億用戶,尤其是微信5.0已嵌入支付功能,未來潛力可以想象。  目前基金公司都絕口不提與財付通的合作模式。不過,財付通總經理賴智明在接受媒體採訪時透露,即將聯手基金公司和銀行推出類似“餘額寶”的產品。因此,業內人士推測,其模式和天弘與支付寶類似。  而且,除了首批推出的四家基金公司之外,財付通後續還會與其他基金公司廣泛合作。  基金公司在聯手阿里、騰訊的同時,也沒有忘記與傳統銀行在互聯網金融領域的創新合作。  今年7月,廣發銀行與易方達基金合作推出了“智能金”,交通銀行與易方達基金、交銀施羅德基金合作推“快迷你倉新蒲崗通”。  智能金和快溢通這兩種業務模式相似,都具備自動餘額理財、自動申購贖回貨幣基金、自動還信用卡的功能。其核心是將活期存款轉變為貨幣市場基金,並且支持快速申購贖回,為客戶提供體驗好于傳統的網上銀行和網上直銷、收益高于活期利率的現金管理工具。  之所以與銀行聯手,易方達總裁劉曉豔的觀點或許代表行業共識。劉曉豔表示,餘額理財如果沒有銀行來做,只能是個花絮。因為,基金公司的商務平台以及第三方支付平台相繼推出的餘額理財所能達到的影響面相對較窄,且第三方支付平台無法具備“信用透支”的功能。只有銀行加入,餘額理財才能輻射到絕大多數人。  易方達基金公司內部人士給記者算了一筆賬:截至2012年底,國內個人活期存款餘額總計約16萬億元(假定日平均餘額也與此相當),以去年12月份活期存款利率0.35%、全市場貨幣市場基金平均收益率3.95%來算,貨幣基金的收益率大約是活期利息的10倍多。如果這16萬億元活期存款持有貨幣基金一年,那麼將給個人儲蓄存款客戶帶來額外可觀的收益,這筆收益將高達約5700億元。  不過,對於銀行而言,推出類似的業務或意味著減少銀行所能獲得的活期存款,無疑會帶來利潤的下滑。  更為關鍵的是,存貸差是銀行商業模式的根基,活期存款是銀行利潤的重要來源,開放餘額理財業務,這在以前是銀行絕對不會幹的買賣。不過,現在,在互聯網金融大趨勢之下,變革已是不得不為之。換句話說,阿里、騰訊不僅在衝擊銀行業務,而且在倒逼金融行業的創新變革。  記者從易方達和交銀施羅德基金公司獲悉,智能金、快溢通上線以來,已經有多家銀行來電詢問要求提供資料,都對此類業務表示感興趣,其中有四大行,有股份制銀行,也有尚未拿到基金代銷資格的銀行。一攬子方案  極端注重用戶體驗的互聯網精神,也使基金公司的經營理念發生了根本變化。  從理論上說,借助支付寶、微信的交易渠道以及其背後數億的客戶資源,基金公司可以實現從傳統渠道向移動互聯網金融的部分轉移。但是,在與互聯網公司的合作過程中,基金公司已經不再把互聯網僅僅作為一個傳統渠道的替代品來對待了。  天弘基金相關人士向記者表示:公司已經不把移動互聯網只是作為一個銷售渠道,開發互聯網金融也並不完全是為了銷售產品這個簡單目的。“在我們看來,移動互聯網平台只是提供一個平台,而我們肩負的責任是為客戶提供一攬子解決方案。”  因為對於在淘寶上購物的客戶來說,上淘寶的首要目標並非是理財,因此,我們的作用,“相當于在客戶已經習慣的網絡購物生活大平台上,提供一個滿足其需求的、有價值的服務。餘額寶可能只是發揮了一個功能而已。”  希望為客戶提供一攬子解決方案的想法是天弘基金與阿里深度接觸之後的全新改變。而發生改變的並非只有天弘基金一家。  華夏基金信息技術部陸曉野也表示,華夏基金並未簡單地將微信作為基金的銷售渠道,而是以用戶的“剛性需求”作為微信理財服務的起點,以為客戶提供簡單、便捷、體貼的服務為目標,在此基礎上結合微信的特性,滿足互聯網金融用戶的需求,適應以周為單位發佈新特性的節奏,逐步嘗試服務升級。  互聯網金融研究人士指出,以“餘額寶”開端的第一波互聯網金融浪潮其核心是圍繞支付功能做文章,向網絡支付和移動支付進軍,將客戶體驗做到極致,因此打破了過去陳舊的障礙繁多的網上銀行、網上直銷等模式。  此後基金公司推出的“微理財”功能,也是循著提升“客戶體驗”這條互聯網基本“軍規”,結合微信特性,為客戶提供的快捷、體貼的服務。  如此看來,借助互聯網基礎平台,既強調良好的體驗,又滿足客戶需求的金融理財或許是基金公司的方向之一。迷你倉出租

Source: The Philadelphia InquirerAug.迷你倉 25--Neil Theobald, Temple University's president, got off a flight last December from Indiana, about to interview one of the finalists to be the new Owls football coach.Theobald looked at his phone and saw he had a text message from his personal physician back in Bloomington, Ind.Naturally, he was going to read a text from his doctor.The text: "MATT RHULE WILL MAKE A GREAT FOOTBALL COACH."It turned out Rhule knew somebody who knew Theobald's doctor. So he engaged in a little long-distance politicking. The new president enjoyed it."He certainly got my attention," said Theobald, who wasn't worried about his doctor's recommendation, but quickly became sold on Rhule, and gave his thumbs-up on the hire.An interesting aspect of that episode is that even though it was still several weeks before Theobald officially took office on North Broad Street, Theobald was sure to interview this prospective football coach.Probably more than any Temple president since Peter Liacouras, Theobald, a former senior vice president and chief financial officer at Indiana University, believes intercollegiate athletics matters. And although he came from a school with a great basketball tradition, he says football is the key to the success of any athletic department.Call this another crossroads for Temple athletics. The school has a new president, new interim athletic director, new football coach, and is in a new league. But one thing hasn't changed: Sports still hemorrhages money at Temple -- losing over $7 million a year.Theobald doesn't blink at such a figure."The average NCAA athletic program loses almost $8 million a year," Theobald said. "That would be right in line."At Temple, football has lost more money than any other sport, starting with a $1.6 million annual payment to the Eagles to use Lincoln Financial Field for six Saturdays a year. So marketing efforts will be intensified. You may even see Owls reps outside your supermarket. Football players already were working the crowd this summer at Reading Terminal Market. The school also unveiled an ad campaign in Sunday's Inquirer.Basically, Temple is continuing to put money down on the university's big bet, that with more Temple students now living on or around campus, enough of them will become alumni who support football.There is another future hope in play -- that one of the big-time football leagues, such as the Atlantic Coast Conference, will someday decide that having a school in the No. 4 television market is worthwhile, that maybe a network covering the league will want to add local homes to its cable market.The new men running things sound realistic that their job won't be a quick one. Temple has moved to the American Athletic Conference, the remnants of the old Big East football league. Theobald talked about how the new conference brings in significantly more revenue than the school's old alignments with the Mid-American Conference and Atlantic Ten -- "it moves us in the right direction. . . . It is immensely more money compared to where we were."But the American is outside the biggest revenue-producers in college sports, the leagues being called the Power 5 or -- more blasphemously -- the Big 5.Temple's president started his career as a high school teacher and baseball coach before moving on to higher education. Theobald has enthusiasm for college sports. He was a season-ticket holder at Indiana. He was on the charter when Temple's basketball team flew out to play Kansas last season. He has been spotted out of his seat expressing displeasure at a referee's call during an NCAA tournament game.Maybe more important, Theobald's academic concentration was in education finance, even before he became CFO at Indiana University. There are obvious parallels between his old workplace and Temple. Basketball has the tradition at IU. Football struggles to keep up against better-financed rivals."You can't get caught up in this arms race," Theobald said, talking in his office about the exponential increases in expenditures at the highest levels of college sports. "That would be the biggest mistake, in my view, that Temple University could make."Theobald was involved in the start of the Big Ten Network, he said. (People scoffed at the idea initially, he said.) But he saw how it changed Indiana and every other school in the conference as the big money began to flow in. He will stay involved in sports decisions at Temple."I have worked for presidents who have outsourced running athletics to a vice president and didn't get involved," Theobald said. "That's a horrible model, because if something goes wrong, it comes back to you. You've got to be involved."He also saw firsthand how much realignment has changed the landscape."I remember at my interview -- I was hired [last] August," Theobald said. "At that point, there were 18 members in the Big East. One of the questions at the interview -- what do we do with this unwieldy, large conference? Boy did that disappear really fast."As the new men at Temple look at revenues and expenses, there are rumblings about whether the school will continue to field 24 sports teams."We have to figure that out," Theobald said, adding that of the schools in the new league, "Connecticut and Temple have 24. Everyone else has fewer. That's certainly something we're going to have to look at. We support 565 student-athletes, I think that's right. We need to provide academic support to them. We have a lot of services we are providing, so that's another thing that's clearly going to have to be looked at."Opportunities to improveInterim athletic director Kevin Clark came to Temple with Theobald from Indiana, where Clark had been senior associate athletic director, working on finances. After replacing the recently retired Bill Bradshaw as athletic director, Clark is working on a five-year strategic plan with Temple's senior athletic staff.In some ways, the plan is the same one previous regimes have attempted."At the end of the day, we've got to get people in the stadium," said Pat Kraft, another former IU administrator, now Temple's deputy athletic director.Clark suggested he is now doing what he did at Indiana. IU's athletic department h新蒲崗迷你倉d a $3.5 million yearly deficit, he said, before the Big Ten Network changed the finances for all the Big Ten schools, and Indiana could start bond initiatives to upgrade facilities. IU has roughly twice Temple's operating budget.Clark talked about how back in the deficit days he studied all line items in IU's budget."Just having money in the budget for postseason, for instance, but when the team doesn't make the postseason, they take the money and spend it on something else," Clark gave as an example of something he changed at IU. "I established a postseason account and moved funds from there to each of the sports. That way it truly became what you need vs. what you have available and you spend it because it's there."Another area that may offer a parallel with Temple: "We also had to look at all our contracts," Clark said. "We had some contracts that weren't generating enough income for us. Apparel contracts, for one."Clark added, "We've got some challenges here, and they're not bad. I use 'challenge' very freely. It really is opportunities to get better. That's really how I look at it. We've got some opportunities to get better, to really improve our revenue. We're going to be good stewards with our money. We've got to invest in football and basketball, because at the end of the day, football and basketball drive the bus. They generate the revenue, so we have to invest in those programs."It would be difficult to shave much money from operating budgets for other sports, since the argument can be made that many sports already are underfunded compared to league rivals. An analysis earlier this year by the Temple News pointed out that Temple's operating budget per sport was less than all the other incoming full members in the American Athletic Conference other than Tulsa and Tulane. The News said Temple was last in the conference when looking solely at nonrevenue sports."Temple spent $62,510 combined on its men's and women's tennis programs during the 2011-12 year, which ranks last by far among the American schools with a men's and women's team," the News reported. "Most schools spent more on just one of their tennis teams than Temple did on both of its combined."For such figures to change, Kraft suggested, you still have to look at football."The other part that we have to help explain: You want to support Temple lacrosse or Temple field hockey?" Kraft said. "Going to football games helps that, because that money goes into the operating fund and allows us to spend money."Kraft talked of new marketing approaches, how "going door-to-door" helped increase football attendance at Indiana. But Temple's historic attendance problems aren't really a marketing failure. People in this market know Temple plays football on Saturdays. The trick has long been to create interest.Attendance improved somewhat in recent years when the Owls won more games and stopped being a national laughingstock. But attendance isn't covering the $1 million a year Temple pays the Eagles in rent and the additional $600,000 a year the school spends on costs related to playing at Lincoln Financial Field.However, the almost $2 million a year the school will receive from an American Athletic Conference television deal with ESPN is mostly due to football. Theobald talked of the great exposure the league will offer in football and men's basketball."Part of why you have athletics is marketing," Theobald said. "It brings attention. The fact that we go to six straight NCAA [men's basketball] tournaments has made people in Indiana, who otherwise would not know a lot about Temple, know all about it. . . . We've got the great tradition in basketball, which really helps. You've got the great anchor there."Theobald talks about the importance of student-athletes representing the school in the right way. But he also talked of hiring the right football coach, one who could represent Temple on campus and also coach a team worth seeing.Rhule's "going to have a much more open offense than we've had in the past," Theobald said.The new coach, who was an assistant with the New York Giants, and previously an Owls assistant, had a couple of requests of his new bosses. An indoor training center just off North Broad Street was repurposed. For the first time, the football team will eat dinner at its own training table."This isn't about bells and whistles," Rhule said recently, sitting in Temple's football complex. "A lot of college football right now is about, 'Hey, we're going to put a waterfall in our weight room.' This wasn't bells and whistles. We need this to compete."Alumni supportThe new folks understand certain realities.The most obvious:"It's an Eagles town," Kraft said.He talks of providing the "pageantry of college football." That's important, but the issue remains, will Temple alumni come to the stadium to root for Temple, no matter the opponent? It's doubtful that any American Athletic Conference rival will draw big crowds to the Linc. Supporting Temple comes down to, well, supporting Temple."One out of seven [college graduates] in Philadelphia are Temple grads," Kraft said. "We've got to let them know how important they are to build this."There will be viewing parties on Saturday, he said, as Temple opens up at Notre Dame, as large a stage as the Owls could find."We want to be the best in the conference we're in right now," Clark said. "In the American Athletic Conference, we have a chance to be very competitive in that conference."His goal with alumni: "Before you can ask somebody for money -- I want to make sure they feel good about what we're doing. We're going to be good stewards with the money, and have a plan. Once you sell them on a plan, and they feel good about certain areas, you've got a chance."The new man in charge on North Broad Street believes there is one path toward a more successful and more solvent athletic future."It's really going to depend on football," Theobald said. (森美蘭 芙蓉23日訊)在人們的印象中,文件倉公市(巴剎)是髒兮兮,充斥臭味及濕漉漉的地方,而在芙蓉公市內,這裡卻是鼠輩盤詰與橫行的地方。在芙蓉公市仍允許宰雞的時候,一度是鼠輩橫行的全盛期,直至後來芙蓉市議會禁止公市宰雞後,橫行無阻的鼠輩在缺少了食物供應下,才略為減少。不過,若你走在芙蓉公市內,向商販提起老鼠的問題,大家仍然會聞鼠色變。今展開“滅鼠”行動為了進一步改善芙蓉公市的衛生狀況,尤其是老鼠為患的問題,芙蓉小販同業商會,將於明日(24日)上午8時30分開始,在公市各角落展開“滅鼠”行動。《花城》記者今日走訪芙蓉公市,雖不見鼠輩橫行,但受訪的小販,在提號到鼠患問題時,大家都聞鼠色變,但基於大家都要尋找生活,即使身處老鼠為患的作業環境中,他們仍以各種方法與擾人的鼠輩“過招”。公市販商反映,自從公市兩年前進行大裝修後,衛生情況大大改善,鼠患情況也好轉不少,但鼠群的繁殖力不容忽視,大家還得不時為滅鼠而忙。維護環境衛生,人人有責。許多公市販商與公眾都希望明日展開的“打鼠”行動,能把公市環境衛生再度提昇,讓大家擺脫鼠輩的糾纏。大家怎麼看侯細風(雞販):老鼠隨處可見我在這經營雞檔已有多年。老鼠常從公市內的溝渠和屋樑鑽出來,隨處可見。我曾見過有如松鼠般大小的老鼠。我們比較難避免老鼠的出沒,因為雞內臟和雞血等所散發的腥味很容易招引老鼠。不過我們也會依衛生指南處理雞隻殘余。許太太(海鮮販):檔口衛生影響生意我常在下午一、兩時打烊時看到老鼠出沒,老鼠沒攻擊我,我也不會去打它。為了避免老鼠偷吃我的蝦,我都會用盒子裝起來。老鼠常匿藏在公市冷藏雪柜角落處,因為靠近溝渠,環境也比較陰暗,是老鼠窩。其實,檔口的衛生多少會影響檔主的生意。曾經有顧客向我表示,在其他檔口看到老鼠的出沒,他們也聲言不再光顧那些檔口。阿珍(熟食檔業主):衛生情況有改善我在這經營熟食檔已逾20年,和十年前的情況相比,近年的衛生情況大有改善,這多於芙蓉市議會。我曾在清晨6時許準備開檔時,看到這些老鼠,我覺存倉它們是在凌晨或深夜才出來活動。我們是經營熟食的,檔口的衛生是很重要的。為了避免檔口有老鼠出沒,我都會在回家前在溝渠處放老鼠藥,並把食物放進容器盒後,再收進雪柜或比較厚實的盒子,多管齊下,與老鼠對決,我就不信不能戰勝老鼠。現在老鼠不只吃食物也咬電線,店裡多條的電線都被老鼠咬斷。曾先生(食客):不會因老鼠出現不光顧我在這用餐超過三四十年,有時會在廁所角落看到老鼠的出沒。不過,我可以瞭解公市有老鼠的出沒的情況。比起20年前,老鼠在你面前經過的猖獗情況,現在好多了。我不會因為有老鼠的出現而不來光顧,因為我對所光顧的檔口衛生情況非常有信心。芙蓉公市販商公會主席許禮疊:注重衛生吸引顧客芙蓉公市的老鼠多在晚間時分出現,那時候沒有人潮,鼠輩比較大膽一些。幾年前,就常看到老鼠竄來竄去,因為老鼠最愛吃雞的飼料。但自從公市翻新後,也禁止宰雞活動後,鼠輩也減少了不少。如今雜貨檔口也加設鐵欄,加上每個星期有市議會員工清理公市,老鼠為患的情況已不如以往般嚴重。而且,每天也會有市議會衛生官員前來巡邏公市,觀察公市各個角落,一察覺不衛生,立即處理該處。如今公市的衛生情況真的是“今非昔比”了。我們的公市有許多著名的熟食檔口,許多旅客慕名而來。因此我們會盡力注重衛生,吸引更多的顧客。大馬販總同業總會長拿督李中永:兩年前翻新衛生改善芙蓉公市兩年前進行大裝修、排污水管加深加大後,衛生情況大大改善,尤其是雞魚檔的排污系統。現在污水排出流暢,也沒有異味、腥味,衛生程度提昇。我覺得準時清理公市大垃圾槽是很重要,森州南方環保(SWM)公司扮演了重要角色。至今我沒接獲任何有關老鼠投訴。我發覺,老鼠不是出現在檔口,而是在公市周圍出沒。其實,市議會不時有滅鼠行動,只是沒有公開,所以沒有民眾不瞭解。這次滅鼠運動不僅清除公市老鼠,提昇公市的衛生程度,我們也希望通過此運動能喚醒民眾對於環境衛生的重視。除公市外,旅遊景點、購物商場等地方,民眾都要時時照顧環境衛生,不隨意丟垃圾。畢竟保持環境衛生,人人有責。;迷你倉

日前,self storage著名網絡爆料人周祿寶因涉嫌敲詐勒索三座寺廟、道觀和一家開發商被依法逮捕。周祿寶今年28歲,初中文化,自稱網絡寫手、專欄作家和網絡反腐網絡維權鬥士。這是繼北京警方抓捕“秦火火”和“立二拆四”後,公安部部署的打擊網絡有組織製造傳播謠言犯罪的另一起案件。南都記者瞭解到,下一步,公安機關將繼續深化集中打擊網絡有組織製造傳播謠言專項行動,將依法處理一批有組織在網絡製造傳播謠言等不法分子。涉嫌以發帖為手段四次敲詐勒索周祿寶拿到6萬元首付款後,在多個網站發帖攻擊開發商。開發商迫于巨大壓力,支付80萬元給周祿寶前日,蘇州警方介紹,2011年8月19日,江蘇省昆山市公安局接到報案,一名叫周祿寶的男子自稱掌握了昆山市周莊鎮某寺廟存在欺詐遊客香火錢的情況,多次打電話給寺廟管理方進行敲詐勒索。警方偵查發現,周祿寶在網上發了很多該寺廟“非法外包、假和尚騙取香客錢財”的帖子,之後向寺廟索要20萬元進行正面宣傳,否則將繼續炒作此事。寺廟報警後,警方及時介入,周祿寶索要錢財未果。據介紹,警方在隨後的偵查中發現,除這起案件外,周祿寶還有兩次索要錢財成功的情況。2011年6月,周祿寶以廣西陽朔某寺廟存在欺詐行為為由,炮製攻擊性帖文,並利用自己是多個論壇版主的有利條件,在多家論壇發表並置頂,持續兩個月每天更新一兩個帖子向寺廟施壓,該寺廟被迫向其指定的銀行賬戶打入4萬元。周祿寶隨即在多家網絡論壇發表帖文,稱“寺廟所有的佛寺程序都是在自願基礎上的,沒有任何的強迫現象”。同年,周祿寶又以浙江嘉興某道觀存在“欺騙、強迫客人燒香,收取高額燒香費”為由,多次電話聯繫道觀負責人,聲稱自己是網絡寫手,很有知名度,道觀負責人被迫支付6.8萬元。警方介紹,去年,某地一小區居民與開發商發生矛盾想維權,一名居民的妻子出面找到周祿寶,周答應幫忙,但需要一筆費用。雙方商定22萬,先支付6萬,餘款在“維權”後付清。周祿寶拿到6萬元首付款後,在多個網站發帖攻擊開發商。開發商迫于巨大壓力,支付80萬元給周祿寶。周拿錢後給開發商寫下保證書,保證不在網上炒作,並承諾在網上為開發商發佈正面帖文。周祿寶並沒有退還小區居民的6萬元錢。開發商是通過浙江義烏一網站版主找到周祿寶的,事後,為了感謝版主,周祿寶給了版主2萬元,開發商給了5萬元。蘇州市副市長、公安局局長張躍進介紹,這些案件由公安部部署偵查。而根據目前警方掌握的情況,周祿寶還涉嫌多起先發帖文攻擊一個單位,再發帖文表揚一個單位的情況,而與這些單位均有金錢來往。南都記者瞭解到,周祿寶2011年7月曾涉嫌敲詐勒索罪被蘇州警方刑拘,後轉為取保候審,再後來解除了取保候審。蘇州市公安局局長張躍進介紹,這次以敲詐勒索罪批捕,是因為警方經過偵查,補充完善了相關證據。“在適當時候帶點炸藥出現在北京”因申請國家賠償遭駁回……周祿寶即向蘇州市公安局長張躍進發了郵件,稱“我會在適當的時候拿點炸藥出現在北京”此外,周祿寶還涉嫌編造虛假恐怖信息罪。案件材料顯示,周祿寶于2011年9月19日變更為取保候審一年,去年9月17日解除取保候審。解除取保候審後,周祿寶于2012年11月27日向江蘇省昆山市公安局申請國家賠償,以被“錯誤刑拘”為由,要求被申請人昆山市公安局賠償4879.5元及精神損害慰問金2萬元,遭駁回。又向蘇州市公安局及蘇州市中級人民法院賠償委員會申請復議,也遭駁回。昆山市公安局、蘇州市公安局及蘇州市中級人民法院賠償委員會認為,周祿寶先通過網絡發帖,並向宗教、旅遊、信訪等政府部門投訴,進行負面炒作,再以“消除負面影響”等方式索取錢財,周祿寶有敲詐勒索的嫌疑,昆山市公安局對周祿寶採取刑事拘留,行為合法,且未超出法定的期限。蘇州中院在今年7月22日駁回了周祿寶的申請。7月24日,周祿寶即向蘇州市公安局局長張躍進發郵件,稱“我會在適當的時候拿點炸藥出現在北京”。7月29日,周祿寶又在自己的騰訊微博中發微博稱“用我自己奔走美國駐華大使館的系列方式解決,並乘坐高鐵前往北京”。7月30日,周祿寶經北京市公安局傳喚後被蘇州公安局民警帶回蘇州。警方介紹,周祿寶還涉嫌對北京、河北、安徽等15個省份的23個單位和部分群�實施網絡敲詐勒索。周祿寶目前已經被依法批准逮捕,這些案件還在進一步偵查。警方稱周祿寶認為會有人來救他蘇州警方介紹,周祿寶認為自己是網絡名人、意見領袖,一直認為自己影迷你倉力很大,所以在剛剛被控制的時候並不配合,言語間透露出外面很多人關注他,會來救他的意思蘇州警方介紹,周祿寶認為自己是網絡名人、意見領袖,一直認為自己影響力很大,所以在剛剛被控制的時候並不配合,言語間透露出外面很多人關注他,會來救他的意思。蘇州警方介紹,經過偵查瞭解到,周祿寶自幼父母離異,父親早亡,母親離家出走,他與母親已多年不聯繫。但在與朋友的溝通以及回答警方訊問時,周均稱家中人都已去世。南都記者查閱周祿寶實名博客“周祿寶的博客”,從2012年1月到2013年7月10日,周祿寶共發表接近200篇時評文章,均取材于網絡熱點事件,涵蓋範圍以其老家甘肅省為主,江蘇、河南等地的熱點事件也均有涉及。而在其騰訊微博上,內容也均以類似信息為主。蘇州警方介紹,周祿寶曾在寧夏某單位擔任駕駛員、新聞報道員,曾發表多篇通訊報道,領導對他的成績非常認可。之後在多家網站做管理員,其微博粉絲最多時達110萬。“把你們局長叫來,咱們做個交易”在一段訊問視頻中,周祿寶說“把你們局長叫來,咱們做個交易”,周祿寶提出的交易方案是蘇州公安局把他給放了,而他則給蘇州公安局在網上進行推廣,提升形象在一段訊問視頻中,周祿寶說“把你們局長叫來,咱們做個交易”,周祿寶提出的交易方案是蘇州公安局把他給放了,而他則給蘇州公安局在網上進行推廣,提升形象,還說:“你們以前做的宣傳不行,這次不用你們花100萬了,10萬就夠了。”蘇州公安局局長張躍進說,周祿寶一直不配合訊問,有時候訊問,周祿寶低著頭,任憑民警訊問,他一言不發。在另一段周祿寶接受訊問的視頻中,周祿寶自稱認識很多媒體人士,包括知名媒體領導和知名調查記者,他有時候就向他們報料。23日下午,南都記者在蘇州市看守所見到了周祿寶。兩名民警訊問時,周祿寶還是低著頭,閉著眼,誰也不看。“你有申請迴避的權利,你是否申請迴避”,“請介紹一下你被刑拘的情況”,民警訊問10分鐘,周祿寶一個字也不回答。民警結束了這次訊問,周祿寶才睜開眼睛,在民警的帶領下離開。說法親友:周祿寶替人維權主要是幫忙周祿寶的女友陳女士接受南都記者採訪時稱,周祿寶近年來替人維權,但主要生計是與人合伙做生意,“只是最近他比較忙,杭州那邊的生意不做了,但西安的生意還在”。據周祿寶的一名朋友透露,周祿寶替人維權主要是幫忙性質,“我就知道有一次有人硬塞給他幾萬塊錢”。法學專家:以曝光為手段索要錢財涉嫌犯罪昨天,中國政法大學刑法專家洪道德對南都記者說,以網絡曝光為手段索取財物等,涉嫌敲詐勒索。敲詐勒索罪是指以非法佔有為目的,對他人實行威脅,索取數額較大的公私財物的行為,法律並沒有對敲詐勒索的手段作出任何限定。洪道德說,如果說網絡爆料者只是發佈了負面信息,沒有與信息涉及的對象討價還價,就不屬於敲詐勒索。而只要在發佈了負面信息後,或者是在發佈信息之前,威脅了對方,實施了索要錢財的行為,就涉嫌犯罪。即使未遂,依然需要承擔刑事責任,只是在處罰上比照既遂犯從輕或減輕處理。洪道德說,敲詐勒索罪一般處3年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制,數額巨大或者有其他嚴重情節,可判3年以上,最高刑期為10年。洪道德表示,以曝光貪腐信息為要挾來進行敲詐勒索的,如果曝光信息屬實,是可以從輕判刑的。但從法律意義上來說,只會從輕處罰,而不會減輕處罰。即在某個量刑幅度內輕判,而不會減少到另外一個量刑幅度。網絡研究專家:應建立公開、專業的網絡維權平台昨天,國家行政學院研究微博管理的博士後龐宇對南都記者表示,一個人在網上對負面信息進行曝光,如果不能吸引關注的話,網絡維權或舉報就難以成功。為了吸引眼球,一些舉報或維權的信息難免會存在一些添枝加葉,甚至是虛假的。昨天,從事多年心理學工作的心理學博士劉素珍對南都記者說,在心理學上有一個“重複現象”,即一個觀點不斷重複可以得到強化,這也是一些網絡推手大量在網上發佈帖子的原因。不斷發佈網帖可以強化網民對這個事件的印象,試圖通過強化使網民接受他們的觀點,哪怕這些觀點有時候是謠言。龐宇說,很多網絡上的爆料信息,看起來事情不大,但處理不好的話會導致輿論風暴。龐宇建議在網上建立公開的、專業的維權平台,建立規範的維權路徑,使每一件網絡舉報都能得到切實的解決。這樣,既使網絡能夠起到反腐的作用,也使打著反腐旗號實施敲詐的行為難以實施。採寫:南都記者王殿學 劉偉實習生張婧 舒潔 達迅 胡曉英 沈立煜文件倉
