Source: Pioneer Press, St.迷你倉最平 Paul, Minn.Sept. 19--A St. Paul police officer was injured during a high-speed chase Wednesday night when his squad car struck a median, causing a metal road sign to slash through the open driver's side window, striking him in the face.The officer, who was not immediately identified, suffered a 1.5-inch cut just under his left eye, after the sign was slightly deflected by a deploying air bag. He was taken to Regions Hospital for treatment.The stolen vehicle the officer was chasing escaped but was later found abandoned in Falcon Heights. That led to the arrest of the suspected driver.The chase began about 7 p.m. on Dale Street just north of Maryland Avenue, where the officer and his partner spotted a Nissan Murano that had been reported stolen in St. Cloud on Sept. 12. The officers followed the vehicle and called for backup, but the vehicle sped away before help could arrive.The officers chased the vehicle southbound on Chatsworth Street, where it turned west onto Front Avenue, reaching a迷你倉 estimated speed of 80 mph. By the time the pursuit reached Energy Park Drive, the stolen vehicle and the squad car had entered oncoming traffic lanes.In an effort to correct and stay in the right lane, the officer struck a median near Energy Lane, causing a road sign to partially fly into his open window.The officers called off the chase, but the stolen vehicle was recovered about 15 minutes later in the 1300 block of Larpenteur Avenue in Falcon Heights.Material inside the vehicle led to one of the suspect's family members, who lived nearby. Then Sports Illustrated unveiled its investigation into alleged cash payments to players and academic misconduct at Oklahoma State.On Monday, NCAA president Mark Emmert said there was "virtually no university president ... that thinks it's a good idea to convert student-athletes into paid employees. Literally into professionals."College athletes can receive stipends, and some are eligible for financial assistance above and beyond their scholarships. A Pell Grant, for instance, provides financial aid.Even if university presidents feel it's not a good idea to convert student-athletes into paid employees, how do the guys who have played college football feel? This week, I asked a number of Vikings if college football players should be paid. Here are their thoughts, with their respective colleges in parentheses ...Offensive tackle Matt Kalil (Southern California): "Maybe give them a bigger stipend, depending on the region they play football. I know at USC we got about $1,100 a month. We were paying rent close to $1,000 a month. That barely leaves money to get food or anything like that. I think that's why you see other college players getting money (in violation of the rules). They need some money. They're not getting much support from home, so they need money to survive on their own. ... As far as being paid, I don't think so. The scholarship saved my parents over $60,000 a year to get a free education at USC. You can't ask for anything more than that."Running back Adrian Peterson (Oklahoma): "I definitely think they should be paid a little more -- some sort of monthly payment. Increase the stipend by $1,500 or $1,600. Even more than that. (College football programs) make so much money, why not? Give guys something to look forward to."Wide receiver Jarius Wright (Arkansas): "I wouldn't exactly say paid, but at the same time, I think they should get more money than what the scholarship is awarding them. Being a student-athlete at one time, the scholarship money just isn't enough money for the athlete. We got like $900 for a stipend, and you're paying for an apartment and bills and all that. So you're spending $650 or $700 -- you've only got like $200 to eat the rest of the month and pay for gas. It's definitely not enough for the college kids. I think if they did give them something or a little bit more, you wouldn't see as many college kids going out and finding their own way of getting money."Rookie defensive tackle Sharif Floyd (Florida): "I think we should be paid to play football in college because it's kind of a real beating on the body, especially going through camp hitting every day. And two-a-days (practices) are still involved. I think we should be paid; I wouldn't know a fair number. Whoever plays in the game gets this amount, and whoever practices throughout the week gets this amount."Defensive tackle Fred Evans (Texas State): "I do feel as though they deserve compensation, seeing as how everybody else gets compensated for their talents. But the discrepancy comes with other college sports -- lacrosse, trac迷你倉, basketball, swimming. I honestly don't think they'll ever find a way to make everybody happy. And how can you say people at USC should be paid more than somebody at Boise State? With football, you don't have time to do extracurricular activities and get jobs. People found themselves in binds where they want to get a nice apartment, but they're not going to cut into their money for food. I will say this: College football does generate a majority of money for universities, so if you were to have an argument about who is at the top of the food chain for collegiate athletes, it has to be football. They've got to figure something out. You can't complain about people trying to create income for themselves, but then have somebody who potentially can win a Heisman or Naismith award struggling to pay their rent and make ends meet. It doesn't fit well. It doesn't sit well with athletes, either."Rookie fullback Zach Line (Southern Methodist): "I think gradually they're going to need to figure out a way. Some of these colleges are in expensive areas, to support the style of living regular college students can have. I think they're doing a better job with stipend checks. I was in Dallas. I think it was $1,400 or $1,500 a month. I was in a pretty cheap place for an apartment. Most of my friends probably paid $800 plus in rent. Then you've got gas, cell phone. I had a roommate. Our rent was about $1,400, so we paid about $650 to $700 each. You had to be smart. Some guys can get the Pell Grant (for financial assistance), and some guys can't. Even though some kids' parents make good money, you're not always getting money from your parents. It's a tough subject."Rookie Mike Mauti (Penn State): I just think there's too much money being made by the people who run the thing. It's the players who make the game how great it is. I do think they should be compensated. Absolutely. What the compensation should be and how much and the rules behind it, that all has to be figured out."Rookie punter Jeff Locke, who helped work on a National College Players Association study recommending bigger scholarships for athletes (UCLA): "I don't know if direct pay is the answer, but they definitely need more than they're getting now. The stipend is not nearly enough. The stipend is set lower than the cost of attending the school. On average, it's about $3,000 lower. When another student gets a full scholarship, they'll get $3,000 more than what the athlete officially gets, on average. They're trying to save the schools money. There needs to be some tweaks on the limits on endorsements and things like that (for athletes). It needs to be changed."Rookie cornerback Xavier Rhodes (Florida State): "I just play football. I don't care if I get paid for it or not. I just played by the rules -- that's all. What I got from the school took care of me."Wide receiver Joe Webb (Alabama-Birmingham): "Should college players be paid? Yeah, I think so. They're doing great things for the university. 香港文匯報訊（記者 郭若溪 深圳報道）中英街作為深圳八景之一，自存倉是外地遊客赴深遊玩的重要景點。隨著中英街日用百貨銷量激增帶來大批客流，有香港方店舖反映，租金近兩年暴漲6倍。中秋國慶雙節臨近，更有野雞旅行社打著中英街低價可購正牌港貨的名號，帶著遊客在店舖私密隔間購買假冒仿製品。港方正規店舖反而因利潤空間微薄大量倒閉轉租，整條街道猶如假貨大市場一般，絲毫沒有歷史文化街道的跡象。兩年前租金2萬 今達12萬　一位在中英街開雜貨店數年的商舖老闆張先生告訴記者，現在在中英街開雜貨店越來越難了，香港管轄內的商舖租金飛漲，「兩年前，人民幣港幣匯率差剛開始加大的時候，低價的中英街日用百貨慢慢開始吸引大批市民，當時港方店舖租金約2萬元左右，今年普遍高得離奇，最低的租金要9萬，最高的可達12萬元，舖位的面積也不過20多平米。而深圳管轄內的商舖這幾年基本沒有漲價」。港管轄商舖 售假肆無忌憚　張老闆表示，當年的低價與2006年的一次嚴厲打假行動有關，「深圳管轄內的個別商舖因為售假被勒令整頓，多家舖面至今仍處於關門狀態。所有商舖都不敢賣假東西，大家都很規矩地做生意，所以租金就降了下來，最低的時候只有8,000多元。而香港管轄內的商舖卻剛好相反，在長達7年的時間裡，售假越來越肆無忌憚」。　記者沿著港方街道採訪發現，在現有的50多個商舖中，真正由香港人負責經營的店面屈指可數，而由內地人承租後用來銷售箱包、香水、手錶、手機、相機、服裝等雜貨店則多達30餘家，遊客量大的時候，店員便站到街道上拉客。　「商舖售賣的煙都是福建進的貨，名牌假貨包和電子產品都是廣州進的貨。因為假迷你倉賺錢快，所以推高了租金。我現在開的是一家雜貨店，賺到的錢基本都拿來交租，很多前幾年開的正規日用品的店舖都經營不下去轉手給賣假貨的老闆了。」張老闆說。假店設密室 經相熟導遊介紹　張老闆透露，中英街香港管轄內的商舖，售假的商舖從十幾家陸續增加到近20家。這些店舖表面上只有不到10平米的店面，其實裡面還有一個專門售假的密室，1個老闆通常經營幾家店舖，接待客人也非常謹慎，只有通過相熟的旅行社或導遊介紹才能帶到裡面去購買。「自由通關的遊客只會讓你看外面的商品，根本進不到裡面，通過跟野雞旅行社合作，在世界之窗、出入境大廳等拉客，打著幫人辦證的名目，導遊才會帶你進入密室買東西。」記者放蛇見忽悠過程　記者前日跟隨一個佛山旅遊團一起進入了一家名為「香港時裝」的店舖內，表面看只是銷售普通牌子的商舖，走進正對大門的貨架後面，才發現裡面的密室裡銷售的都是假冒的名牌箱包、手機、手錶，價格非常低廉，一萬多元可以買到2個iPhone5、1個江詩丹頓的手錶和1個LV包。只要仔細觀察就會發現，手機的程序造假，皮包的造工粗糙，但每次領進的旅行團中，都有幾個已串通好「假遊客」，扮演著「豪客」和「專家」的角色，不少外地遊客在低價和走私正貨的忽悠下血本無歸。　目前，非深圳戶籍的外地遊客一個月只能辦理一次中英街出入證，即便是購買後發現是假貨想要退貨，不僅人已不在深圳，就算尚未離開深圳也難以短時間再次進入中英街。深圳消委會表示，因涉及的是港方店舖，屬於維權的盲區。消費者陳小姐亦表示，商舖開出的收據都是沒有正規店名的紙片。「現在在中英街逛，也就日用品能買一些，其他的東西千萬碰不得。」迷你倉

It averaged 325.5 passing yards in the first two games this season.Last season the Rams scored just 18.7 points per game overall, including five defensive touchdowns and a safety. This season the Rams are scoring 25.5 points per game. (And if Jared Cook takes care of the ball at the goal line in Game 1, that is a 28-point average.)That is significant progress for a team lacking NFL-proven playmakers. But the dramatic gains have been offset by some inevitable growing pains -- offensive breakdowns of every conceivable fashion.Penalties wiping out key first downs, passes caroming off targets, intended receivers failing to run out their routes, receivers failing to read and react to blitzes, a running back failing to lower his pads on a short-yardage run, the quarterback failing to locate second or third passing options, passes batted at the line of scrimmage . . . mistakes of every description have slowed the charge.VIDEO: BERNIE ON THE RAMS OFFENSE [.stltoday.com/sports/columns/bernie-miklasz/breakfast-with-bernie-fisher-defends-rams-pace/html_c073c8ab-24b0-56d1-b8f0-693e428ea330.html]Ironically, the biggest blunders came on plays designed for safety.On the first deflection interception for a touchdown, quarterback Sam Bradford failed to pass the ball over an unblocked defender at his own goal line. This was supposed to be a ball control passing play, almost secure as a handoff. As it turned out, it wasn't.On the second deflection INT for a TD, running back Daryl Richardson took his eye off a quick swing pass and let it carom off his body and into harm's way.So the Rams still have plenty of work to do. This is not an offensive juggernaut just waiting for permission from Jeff Fisher to savage the league.Is Bradford comfortable in an up-tempo attack? Clearly he is, based on the success when circumstances forced the Rams into hurry-up mode. He played at a fast pace in college, as did some of his key receivers.Are the Rams better suited to play a faster game? Certainly, given their lack of a power running game and their quantity of spread-style skill players. This offense needs to play to the strengths and mask the weaknesses.But let's pause for a reality check:-- The Rams offense should learn how to drive well before starting to race. In Weeks儲存1 and 2, this team failed to establish a consistent ground attack or much of a downfield passing threat. Also, this team still makes dispiriting mistakes playing at regular speed. Playing fast and sloppy would not be a winning combination.-- Bradford did most of his damage Sunday throwing against an injury-depleted Falcons defense sitting on a big lead. Atlanta's battered unit didn't want to yield big passing plays and it didn't. The second half afforded Sam a wonderful opportunity to play some pitch and catch with his buddies, but folks shouldn't read too much into his statistical clean-up.-- Long, methodical touchdown drives are more valuable than quick scoring drives. A 7 1/2 -minute march shortens the game and allows defensive teammates to rest. Alabama couldn't stop Johnny Football on Saturday, but the Crimson Tide offense slowed him some by staying on the field. An 11-play, 93-yard TD drive in the second quarter and a 10-play, 83-yard drive in the third quarter ate up 11 1/2 minutes and helped Alabama outlast Texas A&M.-- It remains to be seen whether playing fast-break offense on every single drive will fly in the NFL, Pro teams have smaller rosters and play a longer schedule. Few teams have much offensive line depth. The Rams, for instance, are one more offensive line injury away from massive trouble.-- Defensive coordinators can counter fast-break offenses with fast-break defenses, blitzing from various angles while hoping to confuse quarterbacks and catch linemen flat-footed. If an offense wants to wedge 20 or 25 more passes into a game, the defense should counter with 10 more quarterback hits.Ideally, the Rams will learn to build long, deliberate scoring drives AND mix in successful up-tempo sequences.When run correctly, no-huddle packages can spark the offense and catch the defense off balance. They create favorable match-ups, generate big plays and swing the game's momentum.But no-huddle packages are not a short-cut to success, even for teams suited for such schemes. Progress still must come the old-fashioned way, through individual growth and collective execution.The Rams are making great strides in their offensive makeover, but they still have a ways to go. 2013年8月，迷你倉梅州雁洋生態旅遊產業園在廣東省山區（生態）旅遊產業園區競爭性扶持資金評審會上中，以最高分競得3億元資金，為梅州創建廣東文化旅遊特色區、加快綠色經濟崛起注入了新動力。文徐小瑜、鍾偉光、宋健軍發揮「山水人文和」優勢創建廣東文化旅遊特色區梅州市位於廣東省東北部閩粵贛三省交界處，享有世界客都美譽，是全球客家人精神家園，具有優美的山水風光，保存原汁原味的客家文化。梅州高度重視文化旅遊發展，將旅遊作為推動梅州綠色崛起的重要抓手，不斷轉型升級，深化發展。近年來，梅州全力整合資源，發揮「山水人文和」資源優勢，打好「葉帥牌」，念活「山水經」，凸顯客家文化、綠色文化、紅色文化、養生文化、宗教文化、創意文化等六大特色，努力創建廣東文化旅遊特色區，堅持先進製造業和現代服務業雙輪驅動，大力發展保健療養、度假休閒、婚慶服務、文化創意等生態產業，打響「休閒到梅州、享受慢生活」特色品牌，全力加快綠色經濟崛起。至目前，全市已有5A 級旅遊景區1 個，4A 級旅遊景區5 個，3A 級旅遊景區10 個。在去年旅遊總人數、旅遊總收入同比分別增長近30%的基礎上，今年上半年，梅州全市旅遊接待總人數達610.96 萬人次、旅遊總收入62.6 億元，旅遊主要指標同比增長近20%，呈現喜人發展態勢。「串珠成鏈」打造雁洋生態旅遊產業園說起梅州生態旅遊不得不提的是梅州雁洋生態旅遊產業園，該園地處城區東北部，是開國元帥葉劍英故鄉，既有百年名居、千年古廟，亦有千畝茶山、萬畝柚園，處處散發中原漢唐風韻，是全球客家人心靈回歸區。據了解，區域內有葉帥故園、雁南飛、雁鳴湖、靈光寺等1 個5A 景區、3 個4A 景區、1 個國家級森林公園、4個省級古村落和1 個省級風景名勝區，共有優良級以上旅遊資源單體23 個。為打好「葉帥牌」、念活「山水經」，梅州全面整合雁洋各種優勢資源，大手筆建設雁洋生態旅遊產業園。按照規劃，園區將�力建設「一核三軸五片區」：以五指峰為核心，打造健康養生度假軸、客家風情體驗軸和梅江水上休閒軸，建設旅遊綜合服務片區、茶山禪修文化片區自存倉山地運動體驗片區、南藥養生度假片區、客家鄉村休閒片區。經過一年多努力，雁洋生態旅遊產業園已初見成效。葉帥故園以往全年的遊客量25 萬左右到今年呈現「井噴」態勢，高峰期單月遊客接待量就突破17 萬人次，全年接待遊客量超100 萬。如今，橋溪古韻項目已於8月底正式對外開放，葉帥故園二期、富力切爾西足球學校等一批重點項目進展順利，今年下半年竣工；世界客家博覽園、中國健康小鎮、中國保利旅遊產業園等3個投資100億元的項目準備落戶園區，中國收藏文化示範基地、三鄉養生度假村等10個投資5億元以上的項目正加快推進「休閒到梅州、享受慢生活」在粵港澳乃至海外華人華僑中漸漸廣為流傳，八方遊客紛紛湧入「世界客都」。文化旅遊產業拉動投資促進消費梅州「八山一水一分田」，山水秀美、生態優美，森林覆蓋率高達72.7%，是名副其實的天然大氧吧，來到這裡，不論山環水繞的生態，如詩如畫的古村落；還是宛如天籟的山歌，古樸典雅的漢樂，乃至綠色健康的美食，無不讓遊客流連忘返。很多遊客感慨：休閒到梅州，健康又享受！為更好地變這些生態資源為生態產品，實現靜態資源動態化、生態資源產業化，梅州去年以來高水平創建廣東文化旅遊特色區，打造全國生態文明建設試驗區。目前，除了梅縣全力打造雁洋生態旅遊產業園外，其他縣（市、區）也「八仙過海、各顯神通」。平遠縣充分依託五指石、相思河、上舉龍文等生態休閒景點，全力打造「休閒勝地，生態慢城」，打響「何必捨近求遠、旅遊請到平遠」特色品牌。大埔縣在去年榮獲「廣東省旅遊強縣」的基礎上，充分利用名人名居和千年古剎等歷史文化，大力開發建設李光耀祖居、張弼士故居和萬福寺、泰安樓等景點景區……梅州市委書記朱澤君說，梅州文化旅遊有豐富資源、有鮮明特色、有良好基礎、有廣闊市場、有巨大潛力。下一步將發揮優勢、補齊短板，努力朝�集約化、多元化、產業化、市場化和國際化的目標邁進。為此，梅州市及各縣紛紛出台激勵措施，對新建A級景區、酒店品牌建設、鄉村旅遊設施建設、農家樂評定等給予相應資金獎勵，對企業旅遊項目投資進行貼息補助，促進旅遊產業加快發展。迷你倉

香港文匯報訊（記者 涂若奔）近年不少年輕人動輒哀嘆工作辛苦，自存倉嚮往海外生活。然而真正有志開創事業的有為青年，卻紛紛回流本港尋覓商機。IT公司Coachbase行政總裁兼創辦人林基偉，為達理想毅然放棄在加拿大的悠閒生活，回港開公司創業。憑藉曾擔任業餘籃球教練的經驗，專門開發與「體育教練」相關的IT產品，短短兩年已初定乾坤，就連美國職籃聯賽（NBA）亦成為其客戶。　林基偉早年在加拿大留學，修讀電腦專業，畢業後順利進入當地一家電腦公司工作，做了3年打工仔，主要負責開發與會計相關的軟件。基偉回憶稱，當時薪酬相當於每月港幣3萬元，醫療全包，福利非常好，平時開車上下班，是相當舒服的中產生活。不過他感覺「悶到想死，可以看到五年、十年後的光景，我不喜歡這樣的生活」。回港創業 貴租困擾　由於林基偉愛好體育，業餘時間在加拿大一所中學擔任籃球教練，在比賽時會為球隊設計戰術。其時恰好iPhone面世，他突然想到在紙上寫寫畫畫展示戰術，畫多了會很亂，不如將之電子化。基偉花了3個月開發出名為Basketball coach's clipboard（《籃球教練畫板》）的軟件，可用動畫展示複雜的戰術。起初該軟件只是自用，隨後以付費下載的形式放上網絡，大受歡迎，他萌生創業念頭。　2011年初，林基偉辭迷你倉加拿大的工作回港開公司。他笑稱：「加拿大太舒服了，人會懶散，就連創業都缺乏動力；香港節奏快，又可以請到人，所以回來博一博。」創業之初，本港昂貴的租金和人工成本令林基偉備受困擾，不得不將公司設在深圳，於福田區租了約400呎的民居當辦公室，月租約3,000元人民幣，環境相當簡陋，一開始甚至請不到員工，「經常食檸檬」。蘋果熱推 造就商機　所幸基偉開發的軟件獲蘋果公司重點推介，購買數量急升，最高峰時每天有上千人付費下載。就連NBA的華盛頓巫師隊亦主動電郵聯絡，買下產品在日常訓練時使用。這之後林基偉果斷把握商機，陸續推出十多個與體育運動相關的產品，「除籃球外，還有曲棍球、足球和美式足球，只要是與球類相關的團隊運動，我幾乎全部開發了」。公司業績蒸蒸日上，員工漸多，目前在香港、深圳和美國均有辦公室，其中深圳的辦公室已搬到純商業大廈，面積約1,000呎。　展望未來，林基偉豪言要在該領域發展壯大，做全世界第一。「開發遊戲我不可能做到第一，但開發體育產品的話，我有信心能做到，因為很少人像我這樣，自身既是體育教練，又有能力開發軟件」。基偉稱，其他同行可能開發軟件的能力較強，但從未當過體育教練，不了解教練要甚麼，自然不可能開發出好產品。「不是功能越多越好，關鍵是要簡單易用，可能功能少的更好」。迷你倉
