【特訊】澳門廠商聯合會昨舉行第三十屆第三年度會員大會，儲存理事長崔煜林指出，廠商會未來將圍繞五個目標方面加強工作，包括：繼續努力推廣“MinM澳門製造 澳門創意”，研究設立網購平台，配合政府文創產業政策，繼續爭取活化工廈及舊區。同時，會議選舉產生第卅一屆會長及理監事人員。會議於昨日下午3時假廠商會大廈17樓舉行，由會長賀一誠、理事長崔煜林、副理事長賀定一、黃志成，監事長何慶主持。崔煜林於會上回顧了過去三年的工作，感謝各理監事在過去三年對會務工作的支持和參與。崔煜林指出，雖然澳門的製造業正面對以博彩旅遊業為龍頭的經濟結構調整和轉型，企業必須踏上轉型升級的道路，借助本澳旅遊博彩發展的優勢及企業自身條件，配合社會經濟發展的變化，與時俱進、利用市場優勢、靈活變通、調整發展思路，更改產業模式，提高產品附加值。他續稱，中央政府一直要求要促進澳門經濟適度多元化發展，足見對澳門經濟多元化的高度期望，經濟適度多元是澳門未來發展的核心路向。未來，廠商會工作是研究如何配合中央的指導思想，如何根據澳門特區政府的產業發展政策，全力支持和配合特區政府的各項施政，協助推動澳門經濟適度多元發展及製造業持續發展，並定出以下五個目標。一、繼續努力推廣“MinM澳門製造 澳門創意”，這對廠商會、工業界及政府而言，極具意義。澳門製造是澳門工業的承傳、延續和提升，亦對澳門經濟多元化迷你倉對工業界開創新領域、新思維極其重要。廠商會將加強研究如何協助會員們善用澳門自身優勢與文化創意結合，讓工業發展得以走向年青化、多元化、時代化、藝術化等不同的領域，提升澳門工業整體形象。二、推動食品工業發展，隨著消費者對食品的安全要求日漸提升，以及每年數以千萬計的旅客，澳門食品工業的發展具空間及潛力，廠商會將研究如何推動會員在提升食品安全的情況下又可減低成本，亦成功再次為會員爭取減低代送外檢費用。同時，會繼續透過不同渠道，向外宣傳及推廣澳門食品工業的發展空間，吸引投資，並以CEPA的零關稅優惠反銷內地，開拓內地食品市場。研究協助會員改善產品包裝、形象等，提昇產品吸引力和競爭力。三、研究協助設立網購平台，網購市場發展商機無限，且成本相對較低，廠商會將研究如何設立集體網購平台，讓各企業共同參與，豐富網購平台產品；同時亦可集中資源進行推廣及宣傳，配合政府不同的展銷活動，推動企業產品發展不同市場，令不同地域的人士亦可透過互聯網接觸到本澳產品。四、配合政府文化創意產業政策，政府推動文化創意多年，成效不彰，廠商會願意與之配合，將其設計製成產品繼而推出市場，而政府方面亦可購買具有澳門設計及澳門製造之產品，從而為文化創意及澳門製造創造一個可供發展的平台，這是對澳門工業及文化創意一種行動及實際支持的表現，支持本土工業的發展，直接支持文化創意，讓兩者得以融合發展。儲存倉

楚天都市報訊 本報記者郭姍姍 實習生明月春節在家守歲，迷你倉將軍澳這個傳統漸漸被人們的出游熱情所改變。臨近春節，武漢人外出旅遊顯現出火一般的熱情。武漢市公安局出入境管理處透露，2014年開年至今，申請出境的武漢市民已近3萬人，呈現井噴之勢。出入境處忙著辦證吳先生早就計劃春節去一趟香港。上周五，他帶上全家的港澳通行證和戶口簿，選擇青山公安分局出入境辦理處辦理手續，沒想到仍然排在了50多位。武漢市公安局出入境管理局介紹，從去年12月底就迎來了辦理通行證和護照的熱潮，高峰時每天前來辦理相關出境手續的市民達1500人左右，大多以出境旅遊為目的。“今年還多了許多辦理往來台灣通行證的市民。”昨日記者在市民之家的出入境辦理大廳內，看到許多市民前來辦理和領取赴台證件。“從各大旅行社反饋，目前至少已有3萬市民通過旅行社報名。”武漢市旅遊局市場處相關人士透露，加上自由行，應該遠不止3萬人。溫暖地區成為首選“武漢這麼冷，肯定是去暖和的地方。”剛預訂了新加坡往返機票的陳女士說，與國慶黃金周不同，春節旅行她一定選擇暖和的東南亞作為旅遊地。像陳倉士這樣的市民，在春節出境游大軍中占據多數。記者在市民之家採訪時，多位前來辦理護照的市民稱目的地為泰國的普吉島、印尼的巴厘島、菲律賓的長灘島，以及新加坡、馬來西亞等地。業內人士表示，東南亞一貫以溫暖的氣候及高性價比而深受市民推崇，春節期間我國除了港澳台、廣東、三亞等地，大部分地區天氣寒冷，到溫暖國家“取暖”成為市民春節出境游的首選。途牛旅遊網對武漢旅遊市場的監測顯示，截至目前，武漢市民選擇東南亞旅遊團的人數占到了總出境人數的50%以上。春節產品全線漲價不僅市民熱捧的東南亞方向，其它路線的產品也全面上調價格，美國、澳洲、歐洲等地價格翻番，每人價格接近3萬元。此外，國內方面也漲價頗猛，以三亞為例，春節機票往返價格3000多元，每晚酒店則在兩三千元不等，去一趟三亞的費用並不亞于出國一趟。什麼原因造成春節出境游異常火爆？多家旅行社分析，今年的方案安排出爐後，元旦只休息了一天，“五一”也僅3天假期，僅有春節和國慶兩個機會能夠休滿7天，市民的旅遊需求被集中釋放。但也有不少市民調侃，春節出國沒那麼好，國外處處都是“自己人”。24小時迷你倉

香港文匯報訊（記者 許桂麗、王宇軒 青島報道）昨日早上8點23分，迷你倉最平由山東省新建青島北站開往瀋陽北的高鐵啟動發車，標誌�山東最大綜合立體交通樞紐青島北站正式投入運營。車站建設從2010年4月至2014年1月共歷時三年八個月，設計能力日辦理旅客列車75對，日到發旅客10萬人，實現年發量3000餘萬人的規模。青島交通委副主任刑昌友表示，青島鐵路未來與航空、輪船方面打造「海陸空」三方交通平台，將成為膠東經濟發展的重要推力。年發量3000萬人10日早晨，有大量旅客在候車廳等候第一趟由青島北站始發的高鐵，不少旅客對青島北站現代化的設計與佈置表示認可。據青島北站站長劉青介紹，青島北站建設是中國「四橫四縱」快速鐵路網的重要節點，是膠東半島連接長三角、珠三角等沿海主要經濟發達地區以及東北工業基地的快速鐵路信道的始發點，它的開迷你倉與運營，標誌�中國東南沿海快速鐵路通道建設邁出了堅實的一步，作為山東省最大的綜合立體交通樞紐，將對山東經濟發展產生深遠的影響。據悉，青島鐵路北站採用了雙向廣場設計，站房總面積68828平方米，包括地上兩層、地下三層共五層佈局。車站將緊密銜接高鐵、地鐵、出租車、公交車、長途汽車，系統集成實現旅客多種交通方式「零換乘」。車站設計能力日辦理旅客列車75對，日到發旅客10萬人，實現年發量3000餘萬人的規模。往東北高鐵首開劉青表示，今年春運，青島北站將始發開行7趟旅客列車，並且分別首次開行開往瀋陽北、長春2趟高速動車組列車，結束了山東至東北方向無高鐵的歷史。劉青強調，青島北站開通後，膠東地區開往東南沿海地區的列車，將不必再繞行濟南，可節省大量時間，未來濟南與青島將成為山東半島地區兩大重要樞紐，分別輻射內地與沿海地區。mini storage

Rather than compartmentalizing terminal functions, three symmetrical concourses radiate outwards from a central processing core and are therefore easily reconfigured to "swing" between serving domestic flights or international flights.Just as the terminal celebrates a new global, high-tech identity for Mumbai, the structure is imbued with responses to the local setting, history, and culture. From the articulated coffered treatment on the headhouse columns and roof surfaces to the intricate jali window screens that filter dappled light into the concourses, Terminal 2 demonstrates the potential for a modern airport to view tradition anew.A Gateway to IndiaAll international and domestic passengers enter the terminal headhouse on the fourth floor, accessed from a sweeping elevated road. At the entrance, the lanes split, making room for wide drop-off curbs with ample space for traditional Indian departure ceremonies. From the moment of arrival, the terminal embraces travelers. Above, the headhouse roof extends to cover the entire arrivals roadway, protecting passengers and their guests from Mumbai's heat and unpredictable monsoon weather. A 50-foot-tall glass cable-stayed wall--the longest in the world--opens to the soaring space of the check-in hall. The transparent facade also allows accompanying well-wishers, who must remain outside of the terminal due to Indian aviation regulations, to watch as their friends and family depart.Once inside, travelers enter a warm, light-filled chamber, sheltered underneath a long-span roof supported by an array of multi-story columns. The monumental spaces created beneath the thirty mushrooming columns call to mind the airy pavilions and interior courtyards of traditional regional architecture. Small disks of colorful glass recessed within the canopy's coffers speckle the hall below with light. The constellation of colors makes reference to the peacock, the national bird of India, and the symbol of the airport.The check-in hall leads to a retail hub--a common space that allows passengers to shop, eat, and watch planes take off though expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows. Centrally located at the junction of the concourses and the terminal core, these commercial plazas provide a focal point of activity in close proximity to the gates. Within these spaces and throughout the concourses, culturally referential fixtures and details存倉 such as custom chandeliers inspired by the lotus flower and traditional mirror mosaic work created by local artists, ground the traveler to a community and culture beyond the airport. This site requirement inspired the elongated X-shaped plan of the terminal, which could both mold around existing structures and incorporate modular designs to accommodate rapid and phased construction. This innovative form also allows for the consolidation of important passenger processing, baggage handling, and retail/dining functions at the center of the terminal. On each floor, radiating piers permit the shortest possible walking distances from the center of the terminal to boarding areas, while also maximizing the terminal's perimeter for aircraft gates.The terminal's roof--one of the largest in the world without an expansion joint--ensures further terminal flexibility. The long-span capabilities of the steel truss structure allow for the spacing of the thirty 130-foot columns to be far enough apart to not only give a feeling of openness to the large processing areas below but also to allow for maximum flexibility in the arrangement of ticket counters and other necessary processing facilities.A Hub of Energy EfficiencyTerminal 2 uses a high-performance glazing system with a custom frit pattern to achieve optimal thermal performance and mitigate glare. 　　大市續窄幅上落，迷你倉�指昨回升0.26%至22846；成交額685億元。技術上，�指22500至23000區間上落。下周內地迎IPO更多，中、港大市股指仍受考驗。　　緊隨本周內地14隻新股成功舉行網上路演，下周將迎來第2批36隻IPO網上路演，A股消化IPO需時，上證下周又要打2000點保底戰。3個月SHIBOR仍高企，港股淡靜偏弱勢可能仍在下周維持，見�指略失守周�圖保歷加通道中軸位23084，即市22500若受考驗，將下試22000，除非可重上23000。騰訊目標價 高處未算高　　券商對騰訊（00700）目標價再比高，繼摩通把其目標價升至580元，巴克萊又把其目標價上調至600元，前者建基看好其手機遊戲收入，後者建基看好騰訊微信遊戲及微信支付的潛在收入。大家不約而同趕潮流看中手機遊戲的收入增長，最終實現收入，還有待時間驗明。股海每個時段都有股王誕生，然後失落，潮起潮落，騰訊達高峰未，相信是股民心�疑問。股王高峰多伴隨市場人士的極度樂觀，巴克萊都是喊600元，距現價20%左右。記得之前蘋果（APPLE）股價衝高至逾700美元時，有市場人士就估話1,000美元、2,000美元，所喊目標價逾倍，現在看來，券商對騰訊的估算還不夠癲，500元左右的騰訊，可能還未是高峰價，繼續等報告，他朝若出現過千元的目標價預測，就真是要驚。該股昨收497.4元，升0.9%。移動互聯網 激活舊行業　　內地剛公布2013年中國進出口總值25.83萬億元人民幣（折合4.16萬億美元），扣除�率因素同比（下同）增長7.6%（低於去年初預期的8%），比2012年提高了1.4個百分點，年度進出口總值首次突破4萬億美元。　　面對經濟轉型之困，傳統經濟行業就仍在苦苦掙扎，對新經濟的寄望，中國大路以移動互聯網結合而激活舊行業，所激發的未必統統是新東西。　　諗深一層，手機遊戲不是新，只是因為智能手機普及，載體由網上下載轉向手機下載，網絡遊戲趨向手機遊戲，基礎是遊戲的研發，其實行業不是新，但因為這樣的激發，市場感觀是新，就有概念炒作，激化IGG（08002）及博雅（00434）被追捧。　　同理，家電業是舊有經濟行業，利潤率一早被壓縮得很低，但阿里巴巴公布夥與海爾電器（01169）拓電子商務物流市場，又給予家電股一次重生機遇。機遇還在衍生，如昨日股價急升15%的金蝶國際文件倉00268），股價自去年6月低位1.3元躍升已累升148%，重生機會在源自宣布與阿里巴巴共同推出了針對中國電子商務企業的專業級財務管理軟件。文化傳信（00343）公布，公司與中移動（00941）合作，推出手機遊戲，並將漫畫及遊戲發行平台Ucan手機應用程式植入中國移動新增客戶的手機。消息一公布，文化傳信股價昨衝15%。公司把網絡內容搬去手機，又得重生機會似的，移動互聯網激活術神奇。企業激活精神 做精做好　　拍到手機互聯網，至少令股價起死回生（盈利面就知）的神奇在，企業趕潮流紛紛靠過來，衝擊企業高管思維，產生所謂「互聯網思維」，彷彿互聯網就是一切。　　然而，閱內地「中國企業家」有篇關於探討「互聯網思維」的報道，其中，引述聯想集團董事局主席楊元慶指這有錯誤思維，他指「互聯網取代一切的思維是錯誤的」。他認為互聯網不是一切，生產、製造，企業生產經營的各環節若不能做精做好，企業無法勝出甚至生存。對於互聯網對企業的作用，家電珠海格力董事長董明珠就認為有效地提升了其企業效率，她引據格力2011年實現銷售額800多億元，而員工是9萬多員，但至2013年做到接近1,200億元時，員工只有7萬多員，說明大資料非常有用。對於互聯網對企業的推動作用，還待歷史證實。　　不過，股市不等人，通常未弄清實況前拖�領走，到弄清是甚麼一回事，股價由高位修正。IGG昨雖回0.1%，但博雅昨仍漲13%至13.6元，牛三勢氣熱騰騰，估頂已成困難事，追風者確要智慧及勇氣。好似早幾年，趕上車太陽能、風電股，結果，發現市場承受不了，供過於求被綁死！對熱炒股不宜動真感情，不對路就要嚴守止蝕。夜店股炒作 噱頭足可吼　　經濟轉型途中，A股走勢低迷難出牛市，主板股與創業板股的際遇不同。去年主板股多跌，而創業板股多升，觀乎情況，港股形勢相若，昨日進入二十大升幅榜的創業板股有12隻，上市不久的IGG估值又打上逾百億元，成交額昨報10.56億元，只是略為低於主板股如中國移動，其成交額昨為14.3億元。有隻配售的創業板股美捷�（08209）昨掛牌收2.31元，較配股價1.1元升1.1倍。圍內玩，又不知點舞。據聞下周將招股的本港首隻夜店股Magnum Entertainment，只集資1億至1.5億元，但噱頭十足，炒作角度又有睇頭，博大霧又要博大抽獎抽番幾手。　　idalam@hket.com存倉

【本報訊】新春花車巡遊匯演將於本月三十一日(年初一)上演，儲存倉今年巡遊花車各具特色，其中香港賽馬會花車採用全港首見於戶外的圓筒形走馬燈，重現國畫大師徐悲鴻的水墨名畫《雙駿》，展示駿馬奔騰風姿，歡慶馬年到來。而今二十一支演出隊伍有逾半為首次亮相，包括曾勇奪世界小丑錦標賽冠軍的「世界小丑女王」龍衍彤，將率眾多港產小丑表演「打打鬧鬧」灰諧趣劇等，為新春增添歡樂氣氛。主辦單位預計吸引十萬人到場觀賞。小丑冠軍獻技娛賓今年新春花車巡遊匯演於尖沙咀舉行，有十三架花車及二十一支表演隊伍參加，首次參加巡遊的廣東長隆集團，以繽紛色調展示最新橫琴海洋樂園設施，包括全球最大水族館。賽馬會因應馬年來臨，引入全港首次用於戶外，直徑六呎迷你倉最平高八呎的圓筒形顯示屏，展示徐悲鴻以駿馬為題的名畫，冀港人馬年再創高峰。表演隊伍中，有八支國際及三支本港隊伍為首次參與巡遊，今年亮點為去年奪世界小丑錦標賽全場總冠軍的龍衍彤及曾奪扭氣球世界冠軍的吳浩賓，將率領二十多名港產小丑獻技，將有巨型「扭氣球小丑」現身，亦有踩高蹺、雜耍及趣劇等表演。中國社科院昨公布預測，今年訪港內地旅客四千一百萬，按年增長較去年放緩，由一成二減至百分之七。旅發局指對單位數字增幅感滿意，又指新落成的長隆國際海洋渡假區不會與本港樂園「搶客」，因應港珠澳大橋在一六年通車，新渡假區可成為訪港旅客「一程多站」的景點。在花車巡遊之後，參與匯演的十三輛花車將於下月一日至十六日，在大埔林村許願廣場展出。迷你倉
