【本報訊】稅貸季節又開鑼！踏入第四季，迷利倉打工仔陸續收到稅單，除意味即將要「上繳」部份血汗錢，稅單亦為年尾借稅貸「平錢」的重要工具。花旗昨日「打頭炮」，推出低於2厘的稅貸優惠。巿場一致認為，未來息口上調機會遠比下調大，今個稅季隨時成借平錢的「尾班車」。記者：關穎欣目前巿面上無抵押貸款的息口，一般高於10厘；銀行為求於年尾「搶」新客及巿佔率，往往會推出超低息的稅務貸款，如往年大新（2356）及永亨（302）旗下永亨信用財務，稅貸息率曾低至1.4厘。花旗昨日公佈今年稅貸優惠詳情，計劃最低息率1.99厘，與去年相同。要以低於2厘的「平息」借錢，須借夠100萬元或以上，並於12個月內還清。根據花旗計算方法，全期利息12,008元。借100萬才享最低息不過，未必每個人可借足100萬元，花旗稅貸優惠貸款額，最高僅為月薪12倍，上限200萬元。還款期設6至48個月選擇，手續費全免。若客戶選取較細貸款額或較長還款期，貸款息率亦會有不同。有銀行主管指，只有少數客戶貸款額高達100萬元，故1.99厘的低息，相信只屬綽頭。花旗董事總經理兼信用卡及無抵押自存倉貸業務主管伍楊玉如亦透露，過往數年每名客戶平均借款額為15至30萬元。她預計有關金額將上升，因花旗今年將加強對外籍客戶推廣，並指多數外籍客戶收入及還款能力較高。花旗今年亦首次向企業銀行客戶員工，向其提供最低利息保證優惠。有關員工申請花旗稅貸優惠後，若其他銀行向其提供更優惠利率，花旗將提供優於有關計劃的息率。今年息率難平過去年伍楊玉如並指，今年整體稅貸已較去年輕微加息，主因資金成本上升；未來加息機會，亦較減息大得多。多間即將推出稅貸優惠的銀行主管，亦贊同有關看法。富邦香港高級副總裁谷祖明指，今年稅貸息「無理由會平過上年」；永亨信用財務總經理吳幗欣亦指，今年銀行稅貸息應該「一口價」，未必會如去年般，見對手息口較低便下調利率。投資者學會主席譚紹興表示，1.99厘息的稅貸並不算最吸引，除非低至1.2厘。目前市場氣氛樂觀，可借錢投資高息股，「撇除股市波動，買入等出年收息都唔錯。」獨立股評人黃偉康則提醒，須留意如何分配逐月遞減的借貸本金，「假設借100萬，用�投資半年的資金只有50萬，即係要諗點用50萬蚊半年搵2.4厘回報，先夠畀利息。」 mini storage

Mann has struck back with a defamation lawsuit now working its way through Washington, D.C., court against two conservative online publications that said his work is "fraudulent" and "a hoax," with one describing him as "the Jerry Sandusky of climate science."A Washington, D.C., Superior Court held the case for trial in July, with blunt statements about the content of the two published blog entries in National Review Online and Competitive Enterprise Institute's OpenMarket.org.
