Second Harvest and Daily Bread supply food and resources for over 370 community agencies and 450 food programs, providing a vital service for people struggling with hunger and poverty. Anthony Arrigo, the president of F.G. Lister, a long-time wholesaler and supporter of food banks and food rescue, will be among those on hand to discuss the partnership and give to the cause by donating skids of fresh fruits and vegetables.Second Harvest, Daily Bread and the Ontario Food Terminal Board are collaborating to reduce the w迷你倉ste of healthy and nutritious food that sometimes occurs during food distribution by diverting it to those in need.
