Source: Times-News, Burlington, N.儲存倉C.Aug. 10--When Mike Hinshaw looks over the new state law regarding handguns in North Carolina, he has a few questions.Hinshaw, owner of Handgunners Inc. in Burlington, is wondering how some aspects of the new law will play out, especially the section that most people interpret to mean concealed handgun permit holders can transport guns in vehicles on school property. Though he said he is still reading and studying the new law, he hasn't seen where it clearly allows parents to pick up their children at elementary or middle schools while carrying a concealed weapon."It needs to be clarified, because if it's not there, there's some people who are going to be in trouble," Hinshaw said. "If it is there, I'd like to see it written plainer ... I don't want to see an innocent person get in trouble."He said it's a common question among people taking CHP classes at Handgunners, and many people have asked what the new 迷你倉沙田aw will allow them to do concerning carrying concealed firearms while picking up their children and grandchildren at school."We've been trying to address that and we're coming up zero," Hinshaw said. "We've been telling people, 'We don't know.'"House Bill 937, an act that amends North Carolina's firearms laws, was signed by Gov. Pat McCrory on July 30.
